Why the inverter work with battery can not offer power than 3kw?
from this QA,you can get some advise
Q:Hi, can you explain what you mean by maximum second load (battery mode)?
I'm looking for an inverter that can work in solar battery utility mode first and then be completely off the grid after a while.
Can this inverter output AGH-6.2KW-PRO 6.2kw from the battery or can it only output 2kw?
A:
The second load mainly refers to some important devices with low power that can be placed on the second load. When the inverter is overloaded, the main output will be turned off, and the second load can continue to work. Our inverters can all work in mains mode, with solar energy or battery power, and can work off the grid. The battery output depends on the maximum power of the battery. We have found that many 48V batteries have a limit power of not more than 3K watts,if you find can not drain enough power from battery, read your battery manual carefully. If the power is not enough, it is recommended to connect several more batteries in parallel. Our inverter has a maximum charging and discharging current of 120A, and a maximum power of 120 * 48=5760W. If the customer charges and discharges at a high power, make sure that the battery wires are thick enough, otherwise heat will occur, and some interfaces may melt or short-circuit or open circuit.
there is example from one of our customer.
he told us when the inverter output power over 2.4KW there inverter will turn off, then we ask him send us his battery specification .after checking, we found his battery max power is 2.4KW,especially that mean the problem not is on the inverter , it is on the battery. how to solve this ? add more battery in parallel , add another will double the power 4.8KW, 3 is 7.2KW etc.
