How to check which volume battery I need?

Recently we received many customers complain, there are battery voltage lower warning or evern some of the inverter damaged with capacitor explosion .
that is cause the by the battery low volume, When using an inverter, you need to consider the maximum power that may be operated in battery mode. If there is an inductive load, the inductive load needs to be multiplied by more than three times. After adding the maximum power of all possible loads, the total possible load is obtained. If this load is provided by a battery, then you need to follow the following rules and formulas
Check your battery voltage, using the suitable volume battery, usually 4.2KW if fully using the battery volume at max 4.2kw must over 24v 400AH,for 6.2KW type at max 6.2kw 48v 300AH,10.2KW at max 10.2kw 500AH,the warning or error usually happen when your inverter at battery mode, the load is heavy ,your inverter can not provide enough power, makes the battery voltage drops quickly.check your battery not use the A falsely labeled battery or a battery that has been used for a long time and the actual capacity has not reached the nominal capacity.
the rough caculate formula is your battery volume=your max load power/20*48/your battery voltage, for example I have buy 10.2kw inverter, but acutually my max load usually not more than 8000W,then I need a battery is 8000/20*48/48=400AH 48V battery, this fomula suitable for lifepo4 battery
